.booking for 2010 starts MONDAY!!.

The time is here!!   Booking for 2010 will officially start on Monday, Janurary 25th!   In celebration of the beginning of this process I am pleased to be offering a digital file special starting Monday until February 28th.   If you prepay for the Basic Digital File Package your session fee is FREE!  This is a $150.00 savings.   This digital package includes all digital files from your proof gallery on a custom DVD with custom case in both color and black and white for you to print as many as you want of for $575.00.  This offer is only valid until February 28th.  If you are interested in taking advantage of this awesome special, please mention this when booking.   All other 2010 pricing is now available on my web site in the investment section.

I am very excited to announce that I have some scheduling help this year! My friend, Shannon Hersh, will be doing all of my scheduling for 2010.

Here is some basic information on the booking process for 2010.

If I am shooting your newborn, we will tentatively book your session for your due date.   Once you have your baby, please contact me as soon as possible to set up your session date and time.   I really like to shoot newborns in that first week when they are nice and sleepy, so don’t be afraid to call in those first couple of days you are home or even from the hospital.

If your shoot is a family or kid only shoot, I will be booking the same way I did last year.  You will book for a specific weekend, for example October 2nd or 3rd.  Then, a week to 10 days before your scheduled session date I will contact you by phone or e-mail and we will set up an exact date and time for your session based on your schedule and weather forecast at that point.    I know everyone’s schedules are very busy and it is very hard to know what you schedule is going to look like 3-6 months out, so I have found this works the best for my clients.

The session fee  for 2010 is $150.00.   Please keep in mind that due to the large waiting list, all session fees must be paid in full within 10 days of booking to secure your session date.   Unfortunately, if your session fee is not paid with 10 days, your session date will be forfeited and the next person on the waiting list will be contacted.

The waiting list from 2009 has already been contacted and they will have until Tuesday, January 26th to express interest in a shoot to Shannon.   On Wednesday, January 27th, open shoot dates will be offered to existing (past) clients.   If there are any session dates left after existing clients book, all open shoot dates will be opened up to the general public on Monday, February 1st.    I will only be booking 40 shoots total this off season.    All families that request a shoot after all 40 shoot slots have been filled will go onto a waiting list and will be schedule based on availability for the rest of 2010.
